The Proact Methodology applies model-based planning techniques to simplify and focus complex decision-making for strategic investments. It leverages Industry-specific Reference Models to deliver Opportunity Assessments (business cases), Target Architectures (blueprints), and Migration Strategy Roadmaps to govern enterprise transformation programs.
